Your QA needs work, you missed a purple version of the pens from the list... the QA sheet has lots of ticks but is missing one and so is the pen.

We are sorry to hear that there was something missing from your order - we can see that we tried to email you about the missing item on the day the order was send out, but didn’t hear back. Perhaps the email got filtered away into a spam folder :( We have now refunded you for that missing item and also for one of the other pens, as a gesture of goodwill because of the error. We began with the renowned German brand Pelikan, and over the years have built up unrivalled knowledge of Pelikan. More recently, we have expanded and now offer writing instruments and accessories from many other manufacturers.
