Pens weren't wrapped very securely Normally caran d'ache items come in a nice presentation box. This didn't happen with pure pens, they were simply delivered in an envelope.

Hello, So sorry to hear you were disappointed with the packaging. The models of Caran d'Ache pens you bought don't come with gift boxes, unfortunately - the models which sit above in the range do, but these ones are distributed by Caran d'Ache in bulk boxes of 10 items in each, not with individual gift boxes for each pen. If these pens are being gifted and you'd like something to put them inside, we do have some unbranded velvet pouches in black or pink which we could send to you for no charge if that would be helpful? I would recommend them and buy from them again as I have done in the past. I purchased some Noodler's Ink, this is an American company and their inks are not greatly available everywhere.
