Cold Brew Ground Coffee No 9

Our cold brew is intentionally coarse ground to allow for slow extraction of flavour over a long time period. The smaller surface area, when compared with, say, espresso ground, makes for a complex flavour without bitter notes. There will be some fines (fine ground particles) present, as there are with all ground coffee, but these maybe more noticeable by eye when looking at a largely coarser grind. When brewing for V60 we would recommend selecting our 'filter' grind.
