We're very sorry to hear that you didn't have a positive experience with our Nespresso® compatible pods. Here at Rave Coffee, we are committed to providing high-quality products and I can assure you we will do our best to address any issues you've encountered.

We are so sorry for the performance issues experienced with the pods. The nature of compostable pods can sometimes mean that they don't pierce as effectively as aluminium ones, which results in a build up of pressure in the machine and resulting in no or little coffee flow. Over time, fines will build up in the machine and this can also affect performance. In order to ensure that your machine is working the best it can, we always recommend flushing the machine between pods to clear the system. This will give you the best chance of pulling a good pod.
