We are very sorry that you haven't had the best experience with us! We did, on your request and due to the delay caused by postal strikes, add a note to your original order asking for a refund rather than an exchange. Unfortunately, our returns team missed this so we did arrange a free return for your exchange order and we will issue a refund for this when we have received and processed the return. We don't accept calls at the moment but we are here to assist over email and we are doing our best to catch up with returns. Unfortunately, the delays in he post and the Christmas period rush have caused a backlog for us but we are doing our best to resolve this ASAP.
