Paid for express delivery - didn't arrive when I expected. Sizing appears all wrong ordered size 4 - they were far too small. Then had to pay postage and packing to return. Basically lost £12.00 fo

Sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. We should have made clearer on the site that next day delivery only applies on work days Mon-Fri and so, sadly, you're express delivery didn't arrive till the Monday. We're going to rectify that message on the site as well as refund your initial express delivery of £4.95 because of the confusion. We're also going to look into Mizunos sizing guide with these shoes and find out if there is problem there. I hope you have a better experience if you choose to shop with us again. Website categories difficult to look at all of one product type and size easily, it means multiple searches or just give up.
