Sorry to hear that you had an unsatisfactory experience with us. We should have made clearer on the site that next day delivery only applies on work days Mon-Fri. Sadly as you ordered after the required time on the Thursday, it became an express delivery from Friday to the next working day for the service which is Monday. We're going to rectify the message on the site to make clearer how the express delivery works thanks to feedback like yours and refund your initial express delivery of £4.95 for the inconvenience.
