The country is currently experiencing its biggest challenge since World War 2, and as a business, we too are facing immense challenges, including shortage of supply, social distancing within our warehouse slowing us down and slower delivery times due to the immense pressure which the delivery networks are currently under. You ordered on the Wednesday, and because we had your oven in stock, we dispatched it the same day on a 24 hour service as promised. Unfortunately your oven was delayed in transit, and therefore delivery was delayed until the following Monday due to the bank holiday. Given the current global situation, this is still an incredible feat given the current global crisis. Sadly, us complaining to TNT for a full refund against a delay of one working day is not feasible, as they cannot guarantee exact delivery dates at the moment.
