as a previous policy holder you offered me a 20% discount for a new policy. You were cheaper still though when I checked through a comparison website. That's not very transparent.

Price quite good, and website quite easy to use; liked the discount. but won't really know - until / hopefully not! - we have to make a claim;...that'll be the real test!
