How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi, apologies for the delay in response. I can now confirm that your account has been deleted. I can assure you that no personal bank details are kept on our systems when an account has been created. For future reference, if you would like to place an order with us, you can do this over the phone and one of our representatives will be able to place the order for you. I have a degree back injury, I use the bodyclock regularly and found that it helps emensley. It doesn't take pain away, but it becomes manageable. I definatly would recommend it to anyone.

Hi, we are sorry to hear you were having difficulties with the iTENS. We've had a lot of great feedback for that machine.

Our office hours are 9am - 5.30pm and can be contacted via phone at 02085329595. We can also be contacted through live chat on our website bodyclock.co.uk and via email at sales@bodyclock.co.uk. There is also a contact us form on our website.

We have not received your machine back as of yet, however we will keep an eye out for it and fully investigate this matter. Thank you for contacting us.
