Thank you for your feedback. We have to charge VAT on Postage and Packing as this is a service. However, as you placed your order online, you could have ticked a box for VAT exemption. We supplied a VAT declaration form with your machine which, if completed and returned to us, will enable us to refund the £0.99 VAT that you have paid. Your invoice shows the machine at full price and then a discount for the same amount. The 'Total Due' at the bottom of the invoice is only the £5.94 amount paid for Postage and Packing (+VAT).
