Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Yes I would buy again as it is my cats favourite food. They both love it but do prefer the Tuna and Prawn. I myself loved the quick delivery.

Fast delivery, good packaging, great service. A discount scheme for regular customer would be nice and ensue return custom rather than opting for local retail choices :)
