We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your earring purchase, we understand it is difficult to gauge the size of our items from images online, therefore we provide the full specifications for each item on our website under the 'Measurements' tab, to ensure we provide as much detail as possible on our products. We're very sorry to hear you were unhappy with our engraving, we do advise a 6 character limit on this bracelet due to the size, as this will mean the engraving needs to be smaller to accommodate all characters, the fewer characters the larger the font can be to fit on the paw motif of the bracelet. We can see the replacement bracelet has been delivered and we do hope you are happy with the engraving on your new bracelet. Please let us know if there is anything further we can help with.
