We're so sorry to hear you were disappointed that the links are unable to be removed in store. If links are required to be removed we do ask that the watch is returned to us at our Head Office for the alternation to be carried out. This is to ensure that the links are removed properly and by our skilled Clogau approved specialists. Please rest assured that this process takes a maximum of 14 days to be completed during our very busiest periods but is usually complete within a week. If you wish to have the links removed elsewhere this is a personal choice but the warranty on our items does not cover work carried out by a third party so if anything was to go wrong or the watch damaged in the process the warranty would be void for us to correct this for you. We do take all feedback on board to improve our services where possible and will look at the possibilities of upskilling our in store sales teams.
