We do apologise for the delay with your order being dispatched. We can see your order was placed via our website on 18th August. It does look like there was a stock discrepancy at this time as the website should have informed at the point of ordering that we did not have stock available and we are very sorry to hear this was not the case. Unfortunately we had no stock available to dispatch to yourself until our next delivery which was due for arrival at our head office on Friday 6th September. We can see from our system that this delivery arrived with us on 10th Sept which again, we do apologise that this was delayed slightly as we never wish for our customers to receive incorrect information and we're really disappointed that this caused a further delay with your order. We can see your order was dispatched the very same day the stock was received and was delivered on the next day 11th Sept. We have refunded your postage costs and do apologise once again for the frustration and disappointment caused.
