Hi Tom, Thank you very much for your feedback and I am very sorry for the delay in your delivery I can see that your order was placed on the 10th so should have been produced and shipped out on the 24th but unfortunately was not completed until the 26th. The delivery was made within the expected 2-4 working days time frame. As it does state on the product page, the 10 working days is strictly for production, this does not include the shipping method, for which you chose (Royal Mail 2-4 working days).

Thank you very much for your feedback and I am very sorry for the delay in your delivery and the notification that was sent out with the wrong estimated completion date. Over the Christmas period we had some issues with a small amount of our automated email notifications displaying the wrong dates. This has now been fixed and apologies for the confusion. I have also looked into why the tee still showed up as a review item and it turns out that Feefo can only take the data from when the order is placed and not the items that have actually been shipped unfortunately. As a gesture of goodwill we have refunded your shipping charges which should show in your original payment method within 3-5 working days.
