I'm sorry to hear that you feel let down by OvuSense and Customer Services as a whole. As per our recent communications, you were offered OvuCore (which is our more accurate Sensor) and an additional 60 days subscription free of charge as you were dissatisfied with the arm/wristband options of OvuFirst, after being advised that it is not suitable to wear the Sensor by your elbow. Unfortunately, you decided not to take this option, so we offered a partial refund on your original Starter Pack to cover the cost price of our Sensor (which cannot be returned to the shelf, as a Class II medical device).
I'm sorry that you felt this resolution was unsatisfactory on this occasion and would like to wish you all the very best for your onward journey to conception.
