Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear that OvuSense did not meet your expectations on this occasion. As per the user guide, you are not required to connect to the internet to download your data. An internet connection is only required when registering a new Sensor. I note from our customer support system that team provided you with some troubleshooting tips that rectified your issue and that you were then able to continue to download data for the following days. OvuSense has not worked for me I have PCOS and my fertile window keeps moving and it only tells me after my ovulation passed days later I feel like I wasted my money on this

Thank you for your feedback. To provide the best answer, it may help to explain how OvuSense calculates ovulation and then provide some standard tips and further information: Over a number of years, clinical studies have identified that a sustained rise in temperature is associated with ovulation. OvuSense builds on this original clinical work with a set of new methods which predict (1) and confirm (2) the date of your ovulation in each cycle. OvuSense is specifically looking for a sustained rise in your average core temperature. In general, an increase of at least 0.3 degrees Celsius over three days indicates ovulation though your pattern may vary. 1) If OvuSense sees two or three days where the temperature has risen in a particular pattern it will put a green shaded 'ovulation window' on your chart. The ovulation window starts one day before ovulation and continues until two days after ovulation. At the same time it will tell you that your expected ovulation date is 'tomorrow' or 'today', or it may just say that 'you are now in your ovulation window'. 2) OvuSense checks whether the rise is sustained and then confirms the date on which you ovulated. This happens 3-4 days after ovulation occurs. As your cycle progresses, OvuSense will continue to update this information. As a result, OvuSense may move the ovulation window. Or it may decide that the rise no longer looks like ovulation at which point it will state 'ovulation not confirmed' and the green ovulation window will disappear. If this happens, don't worry, just keep using OvuSense as ovulation may be confirmed later in the cycle. As long as you act on the information OvuSense provides and have sex as often as you can around the ovulation window, you will be maximizing your chances of getting pregnant. Hello,Thank you for taking time to provide feedback regarding your experience with OvuSense and I am sorry to hear that you feel this way. This is not the experience we would like for our customers at all. I have reviewed the recent correspondence between you and our customer service team. At the time your order was placed, we were in the midst of the COVID pandemic and were unsure of how the COVID virus was spread. We needed to respect the safety of our own employees and partners during this time, and without knowing what happens to the product once it reaches you there may be potential contamination issues. Therefore, for orders placed from 19th March 2020 onwards, all refunds whether for opened or unopened product except for those under the ovulation guarantee will incur a charge netted off against any money refunded and you were not required to return the OvuSense Starter Kit to us (you could also choose to use it again at a later date if you wish). This information is stated in the Terms & Conditions on our website, which you are required to agree to prior to purchase. It specifically requests that you consider those points if you're unsure about purchasing OvuSense at this time. I can see from our communications that as you felt you were not aware of this information, we issued a full refund as a gesture of goodwill back to your original payment method. I think its too expensive for what you get. There are many other similar type devices that are a one time charge for just the product and not a subscription.

Thank you for your feedback and congratulations on your pregnancy!Unfortunately, the App was not able to confirm ovulation for you due to the amount of missing temperature data during your cycle. In order for the App to predict and confirm ovulation, the Sensor must be worn every night from the moment your period ends until ovulation is confirmed or your next period arrives.
