Hi Trystan, thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your data and it does appear as though you ovulated in Cycle 3 but unfortunately there was too much missing data for the app to issue a confirmation. It is really important to use the sensor each night that you are not spotting or bleeding. Please do get in touch with customer support via the website if we can offer you any assistance. We never promise pregnancy as nobody can do that, but OvuSense does 'work' for all women in terms of tracking ovulation. Hi JenniferI'm sorry to hear that you experienced some connection troubles with your Sensor.In relation to the UTI, OvuSense is a Class II medical device which is made from medical grade silicone. Full biological safety evaluation testing was been carried out on the OvuSense Sensor under ISO 10993 regulations (International Standards Organization) with all tests showing that the use of the OvuSense Sensor presents no biological or toxicity risk. Further bio-compatibility testing has confirmed the effectiveness of daily cleaning of the OvuSense Sensor with soap and water. So, the Sensor itself should not cause any irritation or infection. It may be the soap that you are using to clean the Sensor, which has upset the pH balance in your ******. Hi TaylorThank you for your feedback and Congratulations on your pregnancy. I have reviewed the communications between you and our Customer Support team and I can see that an explanation was provided as to why the App had not confirmed ovulation at that particular point. There was a missing day of data on CD 17, whereby the Sensor was not worn for long enough to provide a reading. After you continued wearing the Sensor, I can see that the date of ovulation was provided. We are happy to replace any product which is deemed to be faulty, however having looked at your account I believe the Sensor has been working as it should have been. Hi - Thank you for your feedback. I have taken a look at your account and it seems that unfortunately the Sensor was not being worn correctly for it to determine ovulation, there are some days with missing data and only 4 days worth of data in Cycle 2. In order for the App to predict and confirm ovulation, the Sensor must be worn every night (except when bleeding or spotting) until the App confirms ovulation or your next period arrives. You must continue to wear the Sensor until it provides an ovulation date or your next period arrives.
