As per the Terms & Conditions on our website, payments are taken in accordance with the PayPal Billing Agreement and you must cancel before the next payment is taken out. As a Class II medical device, we are heavily regulated and not allowed to make claims that have not been clinically proven. I tried to tell them the problem that it did not detect my ovulation yet I received the email telling me about the theory of sensor , which I read already before buying it

Hi - Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, the Sensor has not been able to detect ovulation because you have not worn it consistently throughout your cycle.. In order for the Sensor to predict and confirm ovulation, you must wear it every night as soon as your period has finished right up until you get confirmation of ovulation or your next period arrives. Unfortunately, your product was not delivered as there with an error between the transaction and your order being sent through to our shipping system, and we were not aware that you had been charged twice until you made us aw,are. I think the Ovusense is very accurate in predicting when ovulation will occur. I feel as though ovulation occurs the day after a dip, but it makes sense based off their readings!
