How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Bikes were great, in good condition and ready (they forgot to supply the gps we paid for though). Tracks beautiful and easy to cycle. Hotels clean and adequate. A really enjoyable holiday.

Thanks for your review, sounds like a fantastic cycling holiday in Holland! Great news that the bikes were all in good condition and delivered as expected. Your email of July 4th stated no GPS was required so you certainly weren’t charged for rental of a GPS unit. We also offered twice to email you the GPS files to be uploaded onto a smartphone for free, but the offer wasn’t taken up. Nonetheless, I’m really pleased you enjoyed the cycling routes and were able to cycle them using the supplied maps and route notes.
