We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are so glad that you enjoyed the Best of Slovenia tour Jocelyn, it’s one of my favourite tours too. We don’t send out route notes and maps as part of our pre-tour information, as they are delivered individually for your arrival. However, we always strive to provide the best customer service possible and we were glad to be able to send you your route notes in advance on this occasion.
