Great communication all the way through. Helped us plan and discuss options and even while we were away and had queries they were available and gave solid advice talking to 3rd parties etc.

We travelled in May, so quite a while ago. But we were very happy with the service, including requests to upgrade the bikes. Plus sorting out potential back injury problems for one of our group.
