yes...you are right...I ordered two clubs same day. However, just one club shipped same day. i had waited another one two more day late....

I received a heartfelt apology from the manager as well as details of the lack of feedback.Also received some compensation for my trouble. I know now that the company desires to give excellent service as opposed to what happened to me I will order from them again and hope to award 5 stars next time
