I checked the lanyard listing to see if I can make improvements but it all looks good.  The lanyards you returned were to be swapped for ones with a superior metal clip, these cost £4.30+ vat more per pack plus a £10.50 next day delivery charge. Sorry free delivery is only on online orders over £100 or faulty orders if we’ve sent the wrong stuff or it’s damaged, this is in line with many other online sellers.
