Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

This is probably the eighth cottage we have stayed in as a family. The website is so easy to look through and the booking even simpler to use. Wouldn't choose anything else.

We don;t supply parasols at any of our cottages. Our waste contractors sort and recyclce back at the depot. We've asked for the information in the Accommodation User Guide be updated to reflect this. There wasn’t a lot of information about the cottage, and a general ‘take it or leave it’ feel, but it was fully booked so perhaps they don’t need to make an effort.
