Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

First Class apartment. The grounds and facilities were great. The swimming pool being open to 10pm was appreciated. Very secure gated complex which was kept in a great order

Stunning villa and perfect for the occasion. Close to the restaurants and bars in the Marina and not too far away from the wilder nightlife of Albufeira. Plenty of choice when playing golf too.
