Hello Luke, thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your holiday, but disappointed that you experienceed problems with the internet. Having spoken to the owner, I undestand this was a network issue and could not be resolved by the individual owner. The TV also relies on the internet connection, hence why there were also issues with this. Unfortunately the WiFi networks in Spain are not as reliable as you have at home, but we appreciate this is frustrating. I hope this will not deter you form using our services again in the future.
