Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Because the villa is said to be luxury but it isn’t it needs a lot of updating the pictures are nothing like the villa when you get there I do have proof if needed

We do not advertise this property as a 'luxury' home, it offers guests clean and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable rate. We do strive to make sure the pictures on our website are representative of the property in its current state and we now have pictures of the living room with the new furniture added.

Quite easy to book. Unfortunately after booking, part of the villa became unavailable to us but we kept the booking as we liked the rest. Maybe it should not have been included in the initial offer.

The owner took the decision to remove the equipment as it was no longer up to the safety standards we would expect in a holiday rental property. This was unforeseen and we offered you financial compensation for this inconvenience, which you were happy to accept. We hope that you enjoy your stay in the property, despite the gym no longer being in use.
