Nobody bothered to email and say my order had arrived in store to collect so my father's day gift was late despite being ordered in time. In store staff were lovely as always but put me off click and

went to store when I got the email to say order was in store. The staff were excellent, they quickly found my order and explained what to do if I needed to return anything. I was impressed.

Staff very friendly and helpful but online not so good as no indication that i could have saved on postage due to store collection... Dissapointed....

Picked next day delivery paid the extra five pounds but items was delivered 4 days later so returned items explains the problem but never received the delivery charge back will not be using them agai

I would definitely recommend Peacocks to someone else who wanted great service and a bargain.

Good service, i loved items but unfortunately they unsuitable, also items took a wee while to be delivered nearly a week, most places are couple of days delivery
