I have just refunded you for one of the carriage charges. We do try to look out for when there is more than one order placed by the same customer in a day – to ensure that the customer is only paying one delivery charge. However sometimes this can be missed.
We are also sorry to hear that you feel this way about our prices. It is important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services.
