We are sorry you had trouble with your order, and we apologise that it didn’t go as smoothly as we had hoped.
After looking into this, we have found that there was a technical issue on our end, where your return did not appear on our system, so we were completely unaware of the changes to your order. We have now since found your return, so one of our staff members will soon be in touch with you to sort out your return, so that you are refunded accordingly.
I am sincerely sorry that this has happened. This is very unusual for us as are normally very fast to respond to returns to ensure that our customers are refunded for their orders as soon as possible. Our customer service standard is usually exceptional and very efficient (as you can see with our other Feefo reviews), but in this case, we have missed the mark and have let you down with the delay in processing your refund.
But I’d just like to add that we appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as we were completely unaware of the technical issue with our returns system and we have since had our tech team fix and sort this issue, so it shouldn’t happen again in the future.
On another note, I’m glad that you feel our parts are good quality and up to your standards – as we really do pride ourselves in that area.
