Thank you for your 4-star feedback although there seems to be a misunderstanding - Porth Veor Manor is most definitely a member of Western Hotels and we are categorised in their “Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western”. This is clearly advertised on the Best Western website as well as our own website.
You are correct in stating that we do not offer evening meals but this facility is not advertised anywhere so we concerned where you may have seen this misinformation. If you could advise us that would be greatly appreciated so we can get it corrected.
With regard to the bar, this service is normally available daily from 10am until 11pm. We must apologise that we had staffing issues on the day in question and we had to temporarily close the bar for a short period of time. We are sorry you were inconvenienced by this.
We are surprised that you found the milk in the room had gone off as, like most hotels, we use individual pods and we have not had similar comments from any other guests. Saying that, if you had let us know at the time we would have happily replaced them for you.
