I can only apologise profusely about this. I am quite shocked that this has happened and I will be speaking with our sales manager to ensure nothing like this every happens again.
We endeavour to provide a helpful service to both commercial and domestic environments and understand that not everyone has the knowledge of water pumping applications. It's the reason we are here; to help those who do not know.
