Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for taking the time to send through some honest feedback about your recent moving experience. It is always disappointing when after months of preparing for the big move, dealing with solicitors and mortgage lenders etc, the day itself goes badly. We empathise greatly. Despite advising our vendors on the best strategies for moving out, there is in reality little influence we can have over them with regard to how tidy or clean they leave their home or indeed if they take longer to move out than they had thought. We understand that you are having some work done to the property and we hope that it is all going smoothly and you will soon feel settled in your new home in the heart of this lovely town.
