I will deal with your points one at a time. 1)Assembly - As this is a DIY product, the ease and quality of assembly relies on the instructions provided. You explained that you found the instructions difficult to follow and we have discussed specific issues of concern. We will review the instructions to see if there are areas we can improve, but I am mindful that we have also had some very positive feedback so I want to make sure we strike the right balance if we make changes. I would also urge customers to call us for help if required - we are always happy to talk through the assembly and installation process. 2) Quality - You raised issues relating to the rigidity of the frame and operation of the hinges and you are kindly going to provide images to illustrate these points. I explained these issues could be related to the assembly process and we are working with you to resolve these. Again I would add that we have had very positive feedback about this product as the reviews show. I would like to emphasise this is a basic door screen which works well and does what it is designed to do, but it is the 'entry' point in our door screen range.
