Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our P+P charge. We have gone to great lengths to make our P+P charge as clear as possible. Clicking the Link at the Top of the Right hand side of every page of our website, would have taken you to a page that states our P+P costs. You would also have been shown the P+P charge in the Checkout, BEFORE you submitted card details, at which point you could have simply cancelled.
For reference, Post & Packing, includes not only the postage cost, but also packaging materials, the time required to process your order, the time required to pick and pack your order and the time required to process postage via Royal Mail's Online Postage system.
