How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback Caroline, but I feel the need to add some context to your comments. At the time you enrolled, the materials you received were up-to-date, accurate, relevant and appropriate to distance learning. When you joined, there was no mention of AQ2022 - You enrolled a year before the AAT launched their AQ2022 pilot scheme. We are pleased that you have now completed your studies, and have gained the qualification that you have worked hard to achieve, and we wish you every success in your future endeavours.
