Thanks for taking the time to write your review Francesca, although we admit to being a little confused as to the content. Firstly, you are correct in that when you enrolled on your course (on the old AQ16 syllabus), you had 15 months to complete it, but your conclusion as to the average timescale is not correct. The AAT stipulate that the Level 2 course takes anything between 6 to 12 months to complete: - https://www.aat.org.uk/qualifications-and-courses/accounting/level-2-certificate-accounting With that in mind, we felt the timeframe that we set was more than sufficient. It all comes down to the learner, and how much time they dedicate to their studies. For example, if a learner takes 2 to 3 months off from time to time without informing us, then it will take some time to get back on track. Most of our students finish well in advance of the course duration, but it is reassuring to know that if you do need a little longer, then we have course extension options (rather than having to purchase the entire course again).

Firstly, we are really happy to read that the service and support received has been up to the high standards that we strive for. Regarding the course itself - We have to work within the syllabus, so the contents need to reflect this. The ICB syllabus was last updated in 2019, and when the ICB notify us of an update to this syllabus, you can rest assured that our materials will be updated accordingly, and will continue to be as up-to-date as possible.
