Thank you for following up on email to clarify that a card was received but the To and From fields were not filled out. We have spoken with our admin team, who send out the gift cards and they apologise, as any omissions would have been human error.
You filled out all order details correctly on the website and normally the ‘to’ and ‘from’ lines from the website would be copied onto the gift card holders. We can only apologise for this oversight, which is very unusual, and thank you for taking the time to bring it to our attention.
