75CL Bottle In Black With A Black Sleeve

Dear Sir, I have looked into this case. We clearly state that each 75 cls bottle which is black and show what colour the silicon cover band is to differentiate. You ordered a black bottle with black band, you did not order a separate cover. Any order with a bottles and a separate order for a cover would have been shipped as such, as one order was received .If your colleague did not receive a filter, please have them email me directly and I'll rectify that issue without fail.
