I feel obliged to respond to your poor feedback rating as your comments are not factually correct.
We did have stock of the BR 700, we had one in which was built for one of our showrooms. In addition to our online store we have two branches, so customers who may want to call into store know that we have stock available prior to visiting us by checking stock online.
Once you'd placed your order and selected shipping, we contacted you straight away to advise that it was our last one and would not be shipped in it's original box to which you declined because you sell the machines on after a period of use and you will receive more money for it with the box when it comes to re-sale.
From the start, you were very irrate with us on the phone and spoke to my colleague in a very poor manner.
At your request, a full refund was issued immediately.
