Easy to book, but shame they couldn't let us know if we could check in earlier until the day before, especially considering they said the day before that no one was booked in before us.

Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry we could not give you much notice following your request for an early check-in. We asked you to call us the day prior as by this time we would know if guests were departing on your arrival day and we would have an idea of our cleaning schedule. We often take late bookings so it is impossible to forecast if we will have a late arrival. Having checked our records I can see we sent an email to you the day prior to your arrival confirming that an early check-in would be possible so we are pleased we were able to fulfill your request.

Thank you for your patience whilst we have carried out our internal investigations. We were very concerned to hear of the issues you experienced with several aspects of the property and the management team have attended the apartment to carry out a full review. In Cornwall we have had an exceptionally wet winter which has made it more difficult than usual to air our properties. That being said, there is no excuse for any of the issues you have highlighted and they should have been addressed prior to your arrival. A new fridge has been ordered and our housekeeping team have since attended the property to address the other issues.
