Thanks for the follow-up. The things that have come up so far are:
1. More options for how to aggregate ratings when combining scorecards (i.e. being able to average rather than sum)
2. Being able to personalise the subject line for emails when questionnaires are sent out
3. Being able to have custom fields on people's profiles (for example we may want to create and then filter by a custom "qualification date")
4. Greater flexibility when using Booleans filters with different tags (i.e. being able to do something like Tag 1 AND (Tag 2 OR Tag 3) etc.)

It's been 2 years now that I have been using Breezy. Its a great CRM for hiring purposes. I really like the UI. Though the reason for not giving 5 stars is the UX. It is basically a little slow. THoug
The pipeline structure is really good. The report section could be way better than this.

It has what I looked for : A Kanban tool for HR. And the integration is quite nice with other services, such as slack, Zapier, etc..
The API is also quite good.
