Hi Malte. I think it would be fairer to leave this feedback with FedEx, they are a global delivery company.

We provide your contact details to them when we pass the shipment into their care. They did not contact us to let us know there was any delay and it sounds like they did not contact you either, this is their job to do this.

They are normally quick to get in touch with us if there is an issue - and we are quick to respond. Once FedEx did alert us we responded immediately.
