Whilst you did contact us, the images provided showed the item fully assembled. Despite this, a member of our team reached out and offered to resolve this by organising replacement parts or offering a partial refund. The offer of replacement parts was declined and a partial refund confirmed and agreed with you. This refund has since been processed via the original payment method.
