Our terms and conditions are designed to protect both you as the customer and us as the retailer. Your our order was delivered on October 6, 2023, and the issue was brought to our attention on October 20, 2023. After your phone call, a member of our Customer Service Team reached out to you directly confirming that Cuckooland are more than happy to supply you with replacement parts and do require images of the damage and the part numbers from the instruction manual to ensure that these can be raised with the factory. We are yet to receive this information from you. Please do be assured that once we have received this, the replacements will be raised to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible.
