You initially contacted us on 14.09, advising that you did not like the mattress and confirmed that it had been removed from the packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns for mattresses that have been removed from the packaging. We always do our utmost to assist customers with any issues they may experience and following your feedback, the team arranged for a mattress topper free of charge to be delivered as a gesture of good will and this has now been delivered.
