The product arrived very quickly but instead of being sent to the delivery address it was sent to my billing address.

We are looking at removing 'billing' address details from despatch notes (the ones that go to our direct despatch suppliers) so we can avoid this happening in the future. The grill came without the lighting gel but after a quick phone call to Kuckooland who explained the post office had put in parcel No2 so it came the next day. No problem!
