Only negatives were that we had specified a twin room and were given a king room instead. We ee also directly opposite the outdoor disco and it was noisy. However hotel did shift us to anothere room

I've almost always got excellent service. My only comment would be that I would sometimes like a few more options, with a little blurb as to why they would be good or who do they appeal to. thanks

Amari Palm Reef was wonderful in every way, only arrived back this morning and wishing we could return soon! Destinology were extremely helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.
